Christmas time is here! A time to make memories with loved ones and to enjoy and embrace this very special season. So, I am sharing our Kelly Family bucket list with you, in hopes that it inspires you to actaully do all the things you have said you wanted to do this year. Or if your looking for new fun ideas/activities to add to your holiday traditions this year.
- Decoirating the tree/house party…play holiday music, decorate the tree, finish putting up all the decorations, eat a festive dinner
- Family movie night watching “Polar Express” in our jammies, eating popcorn/treats
- Go to Zoo lights
- Go shop a holiday market for fun unique gifts, and get into the holiday spirit
- Make homemade hot cocoa and sit by the fire after dinner
- Make/decorate Christmas sugar cookies and other holiday treats one afternoon
- Put together and give gifts to a family in need.
- Take a drive one night to see the Christmas hts in our jammies
- Do family game night
- Holiday craft day…make homemade gifts to give family/friends
- Family movie night watching “Elf”
- Take a family hike to enjoy the outdoors and winter season
- Gift a stranger
- Take each kid to shop/pickout a special sibling Date with Mommy,
- Date with Daddy…do something special and have intentional time with each child.
- Deliver treats to our neighbors
- Take a drive to a new place to enjoy the spirit of the holidays
- Mommy & Daddy have a speical holiday date night to exchange gifts
- Make holiday puppy chow
- Have a carpet picnic by the Christmas tree & fire
- Kids get to have a special sleepover in their room with twinkle lights, new jammies and a new story.
- Read the night before Christmas befor bed
- Have a special Happy Birthday Jesus celebration with cake
- Have a holiday fondue party
Lets get into the holiday spirit and enjoy the little moments with our family and friends. Because those are the memories that will truly last!!
